Card was charged without fully filing, won't allow refund?

My 2024 taxes on turbotax required a copy of 2024 taxes in order to complete the filing. Turbotax charged my card as if I fully filed and now they won't refund me and I can't get in contact with a intuit/turbotax employee. What can I do?

 You mean your 2023 return we are  filing now in 2024.  You can still efile or print and mail it.  Why couldn't you efile?  What do you need?  You need your 2022 AGI to efile.  

You need your 2022 AGI to efile 2023. The AGI is on 2022 1040 or 1040SR line 11. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you didn't file 2022 or filed it later in the year or mailed it, then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.

If you can't efile it then you have to mail it.
