Instructions (2021) indicate to enter amount on 2020 , form 1040, line 11b.

However there is no 11b

Capital Loss carry forward

Short term capital loss carryover is entered on line 6 of Schedule D. Long term capital loss carryover is entered on line 14 of the same.

another bug in the Turbotax apps it should be line 15 of the 1040
