Capital Gains Worksheet

I imported capital gains information. Some items did not have cost basis. The information other than cost basis is correct. When I try to add the cost basis information, I can only access 3 out of 10 items. How does the user update multiple items? The option to go dirextly to the worksheet doesn't seem to work either.

Please clarify the question.

It sounds like you're in the Desktop version of TurboTax.  I do not recommend making any changes in the FORMS mode.  This will negate the guarantee.

In the Step by Step section or the interview section of the Online version:

Start at Income

1. Scroll to Investment Income
2. Select Stocks, Mutual Funds ...
3. Select the record to EDIT
4. Can you simply  type in the "Cost or other basis" into the blank box
