Capital Gains Distributions

We sold unimproved land that was inherited 20 years ago. The was a slight gain on the sale. Why is turbotax adding $225 as a capital gains distribution? This increases the gain by that amount.

Depending on the threshold amounts, this could be due to the Net Investment Income tax of 3.8%. See this article for reference.
