Downloaded 1099 data from Morgan Stanley for my Son's account into TT with no problem. My data finally posted on Morgan Stanley website to I try to download into TT desktop. Nothing - get the "creating secure login" message then it quits. SS number correct, as is user name and password. Morgan Stanley help desk cant find any problem. TT phone help less than useful. Hour and a half, Rep clearly didn't understand I was using TT desktop and not the on-line version. Hung up on me 4 times. Finally gave up and tried to escalate the problem only to hang up again. Then send me a case closed message with a customer satisfaction survey. Not useful, huh! I have 3rd party data sharing set on. I've been doing this for at least 20 years now and the only other time I had this problem years ago was when MSWM had my SS number out by one digit somewhere. That was since fixed. No sign of any help to resolve. Don't want to hand enter 66 pages of stock transactions ! Any suggestions gratefully reviewed
