Cant get ipin

I guess i was given an ipin i dont know what it is and cant get it from online system cant talk to irs cant file without what do i fo

Unfortunately, if you aren't able to access the online automated system to retrieve your IP PIN, then you must either wait for the IRS to re-open or file by mail.  

If you file by mail, your return is not going to be processed until the IRS re-opens, either, but it will be in the queue for processing based on the order it was received. 

I realize neither option is fantastic - but unfortunately, those are the only options currently available.
