Cant answer security questions

If you are unable to access your account by not answering the security questions then please see the following information about submitting an email change request form that will allow you to access your account or any accounts you have with TurboTax. Make sure you fill out all the information to the best of your ability and then upload a picture of your ID. This is important so that TurboTax can confirm your identity. Once the form is submitted then it will take about 24 hours to receive a response from TurboTax with your account information and a link to reset your password.
