Cannot transmit my e-file

I got an error message as follows when I transmit my e-file. How do I fix it?

601ERRV:5, CustHdr_17 - ?:? - Invalid SMS Number. Must be between 10 and 10 digits.

your phone number must be domestic. a foreign phone number won't work. if it is a domestic phone number don't enter the leading "1"  only area code and the other 7 digits.
