cannot save tax return in order to file

Are you using TT Online (web) and trying to save it as .pdf on your computer?  You must pay the TT fees first.

When I try to save my return, I get an error message that is a read only file with an error code of 567812.  Can't email return without saving it.

Turbotax PC version won't work unless the program and the tax file are both located on same disk as the active operating system (the boot drive, usually the C:\ drive).  You also have to be logged into an administrator account to run TurboTax.

Make sure you are logged into an administrator account and then try copying the file to your hard drive and then open it.
