Cannot run Turbo Tax desktop Windows 7

I did not know that I cannot run Turbotax desktop on Win7. I tried to install on my work computer, but its blocked.

How can i get a refund. There is no such thing as "SUPPORT" on this website and know way to contact Turbotax to ask.

Thanks I did that and I opened a case. Unfortunately, I got an email saying the case was closed, but It didnt indicate whether I got the refund or not. My bank isnt showing anything yet... Ill wait over the weekend to see what happens.

Well still nothing from TurboTax. I got a text with a 6 digit AnswerXChange # 639925. This tells me nothing. Turbotax support is VERY LACKING.
