Spent four hours on the phone with four separate representatives. I can’t seem to get bumped up to a person that can actually fix the problem. All four of the people I’ve talked with have basically done the same thing, said the same thing. They are just as baffled as me. All have been very nice, just can’t solve the issue. I just need to go to a different tax service, always loved TurboTax till this experience.
