I use an IMAC with Monterey OS and Turbotax Deluxe. After preparing and reviewing return successfully I cannot find a print menu either in the forms or easy step mode.

Make sure that you are not in the full screen mode on the Mac.

Not in full screen. There is simply no menu on my Turbotax.

If using the desktop version on a Mac it should look like this:
One more thing. Try moving your mouse to the top of the screen and see if the menu bar drops down.
Check System Preferences -> General and see if "Hide and Show Menu bar automatically" is checked - if so uncheck it.
