I am having the same issue. The program seemed to download and install, but at activation I just get a blank white page and then a message that I do not have internet connection (this is clearly wrong). I tried turning off my antivirus and firewall, but it did not help. This never happened when I was able to buy TurboTax on a disc, which I did for 30+ years before now. How to I get access to the program?
I have the same issue. I just called TT and a recording says this is a known issue and they are working on it, and to try again later. Hopefully they figure it out soon.
Some got thru later some haven't....could be spotty until that server is fully fixed....but it is being worked on.
Should be fixed by tomorrow, so wait until then to try again.
As of today, the program is now working for me. Thanks to all who replied!
