Hello, Asking this question for a friend. She is not working and does not have any W-2. She used turbotax but couldn't file electronically because of I guess no income. She has efiled last year and nothing has changed. why she cannot efile? any solution?

If for some reason she wants to file with no income she has to add a dollar of interest income to enable efiling.
