Why is TT telling me I can't efile because of a value on line 19 of form 1040 SR?

did you override line 17, 18 or 19 by entering an amount diretly on any of those lines?

No, I did not. those numbers came directly from supporting forms. I have not tampered with those either. when i click on the big red errors icon at the top, it says I have no errors. But when I try to e-file, I get the error message.
