Cannot e-file MA LLC return with a loss

Hi,

I am using Turbo Tac Business to file my LLC return.  Unfortunately we have a loss this year so our income is a negative.  MA requires us to e-file the return.  However when I tried to e-file it would not let me because the income line is a negative number.   In the past there was an option to mail it.  But this year there is no option.  Do you know how I can e-file with a loss in MA?

What kind of Business Return are  you filing? S-Corp, C-Corp or Partnership?

Most Massachusetts partnership return forms are available.  It could be possible that you have a form that is not available for electronic filing.  See the TurboTax Massachusetts Partnerships Form Availability to see if a form on your return is listed as unavailable.  

Another thing you could do, is to make sure that your program is up to date.   First close your return and see this FAQ.
