Cannot download files stored in My Docs

I imported several tax forms into TurboTax directly from my financial institutions. They all show up in My Docs and can be viewed. When I try to download them I get this error message: "We can't download this document. This file format is not supported."

How can I download and save copies of these forms?

Because they were downloaded directly into TurboTax and used for import data they may not be in a savable format.  You should get copies of them directly from your financial institutions.
