Cannot download Charles Schwab into Turbo Tax

if you've done everything correctly until now you should see a window "Sucess! We got your tax data. You can now return to Turbotax"

close it

now the Turbotax icon should be minimized at the bottom of your screen.

click on it to maximize.

select what you want to import.

if needed scroll downtil you see a blue link that says "import now"
