I need to adjust cost basis for RSU as in the 1099 form imported from etrade. But I'm only seeing these 'NEEDS REVIEW' labels without a button to edit the cost basis. How should I proceed?

Click on the Pencil Icon to the right of 'Needs Review' (screenshot). If you don't see this, you may need to adjust your screen size.
Check the box that says 'The cost basis is incorrect or missing on my 1099‑B'.
On the next screen, enter the correct Cost Basis.
