Cannot add new numbers

I cannot get my turbo tax to allow me to add the information from my W-2 or any of the other forms. What do I need to do?

Try signing out of your TurboTax account and then clear cache and cookies. When signing back in, make sure to run any new updates. Also, what type of computer are you using, i.e. PC, tablet, MacBook Pro, etc. Also, if you are using a Windows based operating system, what version of operating system are you using?

If you purchased a disk copy of Turbotax, be sure you entered the license code , printed on the sleeve of the disk. It may require you to enter the code more than once.
