Cannot activate desktop version purchased from Costco

After forgetting my password and working a few days to be able to reset it, I now get the following message:

Unable to sign you in to Turbotax Cloud. Please check your sign-in info and try again.

I tried many times to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated.
