Hello, 

I have completed everything except e-filing. In the final step, 'Refund Processing Service,' I clicked the 'Continue' button, but nothing happened. I tried more than 10 times, but it still didn’t work. I have attached two screenshots. Could you please let me know how to e-file my refund? 

FYI, I live in Maryland, and I am using a Mac.

I'm having the EXACT same problem. Also on a Mac. I'm going to try and pay the processing fee with a CC and see if that gets me to the filing page
