Canadian Dividends in USD 1099-DIV

I received a US 1099-DIV for Enbridge. I input the Candian address, but the system will not accept the provincial abbreviation "ON" or the Postal Code "M6J 2Y1". I have the $89 version of Turbo-tax.  Is there a "'fix" to use it, or must I buy the $139 version ?

You are not required to enter the foreign address on the 1099-DIV form. Only the payor's name and the dividend amount are needed.

I understand, but Turbo tax does not allow me to file without the zip code.  It is a bit frustrating, frankly. How can I override this requirement?

Perhaps I should reload without any address including zip code
