Can you tell me why my account has not been debited for the taxes that are do for this year? And why am I showing estimated taxes due for 2019?

I have had problems this year with Turbo Tax also.  I'm not a CPA.  Turbo tax does not let you get CPA answers. They want other users to help for free.  I don't know that I would recommend Turbo Tax and may not use it next year.  I've had nothing but problems with my deceased mother's Living Trust.  Not once did I get a CPA response even though I paid extra for help.
