Can you provide the Turbo Tax update available for download of the 2017 IRS Form 8606 instructions?

I am in a "hold pattern" for filing my 2017 taxes as a result of my Turbo Tax Premier software indicating that IRS has not released the 2017 Form 8606 update. Wondered if you might have more info on when to expect this update/download being available from Intuit.

Can you provide the Turbo Tax update available for download of the 2017 IRS Form 8606 instructions?

Form 8606 is estimated to be available to Efile and Print on February 15, 2018.
