No, sorry. Social Security Administration does not allow importing of their SSA-1099 forms. You must enter it manually into TurboTax. 

If you can't find your form, you may request a copy online using the SSA website:https://faq.ssa.gov/link/portal/34011/34019/Article/3706/How-can-I-get-a-form-SSA-1099-1042S-Social-...

And here is data entry for SSA-1099:

1. Click on Federal Taxes
2. Click on Wages and Income
3. Scroll down to the Retirement Plans and Social Security
4. Select Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1009)
