Can you help with turbotax not responding? when I "check this box" on 1099-DIV, I get endless spinning beachball. I have 955.68GB/2.05GB free; I've run Clean My Mac.

If you haven't tried this already:

Close completely out of the browser then go back in. Also, clear the cache/cookies in your browser as well. See below links for assistance on how to do this:
