Can you cancel my order QSTL0xxxxxxx? Accidentally order 2016 Deluxe which I already have.

I was in the middle of canceling when my husband messed up since you had sent it to [Removed] 

The order #QSTL0xxxxxxxx, dated 10/2/2017 for $76.36.  Paid via VISA with user being me. Am not using the new one since I already used 2016 Deluxe and sure don't need a new one.

This is just a public user forum and we can't help you here.  Call in during office hours 

M-F 5-5pm Pacific.  Do not use the word Refund.  Type in Billing Issues.
