We do not have access to your return and cannot enter the code for you. Perhaps you could use a different browser to open your e-mail than the one your using for TurboTax. [If you're using Chrome for TurboTax, use Firefox or Internet Explorer to open your e-mail.]

No, TurboTax can not put in your code. Try opening another browser tab to access your email while you have TurboTax open.
