Can the NYS household credit in the IT 201 be included manually?I have noticed that in my IT-201 file, the turbo tax software has not included it.

The NYS Household Credit is based on income. If the Turbo Tax software is not including it, that means your income is greater than the limit for your filing status. Please see the following NYS link about the household credit:

In order to get more AOTC, if I include $2000 grant/scholarship as taxable income, Is this income earned income or unearned income? more specifically, will the student have to file tax return if students total income is $3500 work study + this $3000?
