Can't use Illinois

The system works great to sell you the Illinois state return, but not so great to actually use it.  Very frustrating.

please clarify the problem and TT version. I have Illinois with Desktop Deluxe and have had no problems with the return.

Yesterday I paid $80 plus tax to add both Colorado and Illinois to my TurboTax desktop Premier. Colorado downloaded and installed just fine. Illinois seems to be downloaded but not installed. It wants me to buy it again. Support could not solve it.

Today I installed TT Premier on a second computer.  At first no states were installed. Then it did some kind of a sync that first installed Colorado and Michigan.  Then when I loaded my current return it realized Illinois was needed and proceeded to download and install it correctly.  When I went back to my first computer and loaded my return there, all three states started working properly. Go figure.
