Can’t upload coinbase csv file, error saying no account header, any help please

Yes I saw the instructions below however they don’t work. Still can’t upload a file. Coinbase removed the capital gain calculator and now you need to import your statements to CoinTracker (and pay a fee of around $60 based on how many trx you have) and it will generate the proper file that I was able to upload on TurboTax. Sadly CoinTracker is partnered with TurboTax and coinbase and I think TurboTax should amend its instructions because they are misleading that you can upload a simple file. Please update the information as lots of users are complaining about this! Thanks
