Can't reach any customer service

When I call 1-800-446-8848 the machine prompt says press 1 for Turbo Tax. When I do that it doesn't register. It just keeps going through the rest of the prompts like press 2 for quickbooks and etc.

Then I tried the online support. The box says enter in some keywords to get you to the right place. But no matter what you type the box turns red and doesn't do anything.

Can someone please help me reach customer support because I don't know where else to go or what to do.

Are you using a paid product?  If so, you have phone support.

If you are using Free Edition, it doesn't have phone support unless you upgrade to PLUS for 29.99, but you can reach a TurboTax Support agent directly for free via messaging at Twitter or Facebook, which I'll explain below.

If you are using a paid product, try this contact form to get a phone number for your issue, or it may schedule a callback.  There's no point in trying the form when they are closed, or the next screen will just say they are closed.

Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
