I've used the desktop Mac version of Turbotax Home and Business for many years. All last year, I entered 2024 charitable contributions into the online itsDeductible site. Today (2-13-25) I went to an apparently reconfigured itsDeductible site and entered the remaining contributions for November/December 2024.
As an old school user, I always like an itsDeductible printout to add to my hard-copy tax forms I retain for seven years. This year, there is a problem. The HTML version seems to list all contribution amounts made on a particular date together, but it drops the name of the charity. A printout of that would be useless. The PDF version keeps the charity names, dates, and amounts together as they should be but, for some reason, I'm unable to print them.
Has anyone else noticed this problem? The itsDeductible site seems to have been reprogrammed since I last visited it in the fall of 2024. Is everyone sure that the information imported into Turbotax Home & Business will preserve the charity names, dates and amounts as they should be grouped?
I do not want to delete the 66 entries and start from scratch with my 2024 contributions, but I would like to be able to print a good and accurate report. Please help, someone.

Please see the steps in this link for assistance in downloading your contributions to a pdf.
There is also a video demo guide within ItsDeductible that might be useful as it includes tips to print.
Thanks, Jotika72, for the video link, but I discovered yesterday that the printing problem in itsDeductible was caused by Safari! As an experiment, I logged into itsDeductible with Firefox and the PDF printed without problem. Now, if someone would just figure out why (for me, at least) the HTML Money report lumps all contributions made on one specific date under that date and strips the names of the individual charities.
