Can't login to my account to finish my taxes, keep getting the message below: 

(This is called an Error 2) Don't worry, your work has been saved. Just sign back in and we'll get you back to the right spot. If you get this message again, we'll need to do more research. Please contact our support team. Take me to TurboTax Online. 

I have already logged out, cleared all cookies, and restarted my router, can you please assist in allowing me to login? Not much else I can do.
