It lets me log into my TurboTax account but it will NOT let me log into Mint. Aren't the accounts the same? It keeps telling me to try my email instead of my username and that still didn't work. At one point it had my verify with a text to confirm it was me and after confirming it said my username etc. was wrong even though it is correct. It just keeps telling me to reset my password but I know my password isn't wrong because I can log into TurboTax just fine. HELP?! I haven't used Mint before.

How many TurboTax accounts do I have? https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302270
I have tried repeatedly to log in to get my current year return to fix a problem that caused it to be rejected. I have tried everything including creating a new account. I have spent days at this and am about to go the IRS Directly at our Federal Building for assistance and log a complaint about Intuit.
I will never use Intuit again! There is no support and the product is defective.
Same issue here, as I still haven't found a way to log into my Mint account and the forum has no answers, I'm going to recap everything Support and I troubleshooted while screen sharing.
-Reset Password
-Tried to log into the 'other account' that we believe was causing the conflict. It was empty with none of my tax history and no personal info, but it did have the same email.
-Used both Edge and Chrome browsers, with cleared Caches
-Didn't work so we went incognito in both
-End result, 'Hmm that didnt work.' page suggesting I again log into the troublesome account, perpetuating the loop.
My Theory
The conflict seems to stem from old pre-Intuit Mint accounts using the same email as current TurboTax accounts. I put 'other account' in quotes because both accounts use the same email address, the only difference is that my main has a profile name and all tax history. I'd really like to do my bookkeeping in the same place as my tax tools, but at this point I am looking at competitors because I want to get some work done. Hopefully a CS agent can address this thread?
