Can't import my W2 data in Turbotax- message is "Response from ADP. Your tax data is currently unavailable"  I entered SSN, Control Number, and Box 1 amount all correctly.  Is this a known issue?

No, most people ‌are able to import their W-2 forms. 

If importing isn't working for you, there are some other options. 

Try this:

1. Leave box b,  control number blank and select Continue.
2. The next screen offers three more options, upload it from your computer, take a photo, or type it in your self. 
3. Select one of these options and follow the on screen directions to enter your W-2 form.

Thanks Julie!   I posted a similar question on my company Intranet and turns out this problem is widespread among our 90,000+ employees.   Turns out one needed to have registered for ADP online access for 2023 (first time in my 20+ years using Turbotax that we had to do this at the same employer).   I was in the hospital around the time this news came out and obviously I missed it.   I will work with our HR folks tomorrow or simply type the data in.    Thanks!
