No, most people are able to import their W-2 forms.
If importing isn't working for you, there are some other options.
Try this:
- Leave box b, control number blank and select Continue.
- The next screen offers three more options, upload it from your computer, take a photo, or type it in your self.
- Select one of these options and follow the on screen directions to enter your W-2 form.
