The 1099 for 2021 just became available on Apex Clearing Corp. TurboTax will not import. Just say's "1099 forms not available for [USER##]" Doesn't matter how I enter the login information... username or account number. I can login with no problems to the Apex website but no joy with TurboTax. Anyone have solution?

You can download the 1099 to your computer, and follow the instructions here to import into Turbo Tax.

I replied in an email also ... I'm guessing the Jump to link that's referred to in the instructions here are only applicable to the online version not the desktop version .... Am I correct?
The Jump to instructions should work for both. You just need to type in the form name 1099-B or 1099-R or 1099-NEC, etc in the search bar and the jump to will appear. Please post here if that does not work for you and we will provide further assistance.
Heather... If I respond via email, do you still get my response? I responded with email so I could add a couple of attachments. All that happens when I type 1099-B in the search bar is that I get an option to create a blank 1099-B from, it never prompts me to import any file. See Attachments
We do not see the responses to the email, however I can see the screenshots you uploaded above.
With it not allowing the jump feature to work, the only option is to manually enter the amount into Turbo Tax.
If you need assistance doing so, it would be best to contact a tax specialist by following the instructions here.
I spent literally about an hour with a TT support person and they could not figure out how to upload a 1099b form . The people at TT don't even know how their software works.
I am now back to the 1990s of trying to put in tax info item one at a time with a bad eye from detached retina surgery .
Turbotax is a flop. Will be looking at Kipligner , H&R block or E-file now.
