Can't get rid of form 3554 in order to E-file.

The other answers are for On-line.  I can't get rid of the 3554 form and I have no employees, W-2 and did not select that I need a credit.  I have never had this form before.  I want to e-file but it won't let me with this form not filled out.

How to delete 3554 form:

1. Open your return, if it's not already open.
2. In the upper right corner, click My Account > Tools.
3. In the pop-up window, select Delete a form.
4. Click Delete next to the form 3554 and follow the instructions to remove the form.
