You are a lifesaver!
I got the same two error codes when trying to install the program off a CD I bought at Costco.
I was able to solve one of the error codes but spent the entire day trying to figure the other error code out. UGH
I just did what you suggested, and it worked like a charm!

What an absolute **bleep**ing nightmare. I have wasted an entire weekend trying to load Turbotax because of this dll issue. I am not in IT, I don't get paid to test software. They should have a 1 button fix on their website. Really angry that I have to find a way to paper file an extension & have wasted 3 days of my life because of a MAJOR software loading issue.
