Can't file CA tax return

I have tried reinstall and restart PC. All failed.

It looks S/W bug. Can you fix it?

I have tried all as below, but not working.

I purchased Home and Business 2019 download version from Amazon.

It keeps saying "Your S/W is up to date" but I stuck at the CA tax filing. it really annoying me

1. Uninstall and Reinstall

2. Cleanup S/W which removes all states

3. Manual update

4. Restart PC

Finally, I solved the issues.

1. Download the TTCleanStates S/W.

2. Remove all states for Personal and Business both.

3. Run again Turbo Tax then it will update CA state program.
