I efiled and got the message that someone has already filed with one of our social security numbers (married). How do we continue? I'm not going to pay another third part to do the documents. Period. Fraud? Or not file?

It's possible you have been a victim of identity theft, if you haven't filed a return or put information into the non-filer site for the stimulus.

Unfortunately your only option will be to paper file your return.  I would also suggest you Complete IRS Form 14039, Identity Theft Affidavit and mail it along with your return.

....or...or were one of you a dependent  of your parents in the year prior?

...and maybe...if newly married sometime in 2019, then one of your parents might have properly, or improperly/accidentally claimed you again as a dependent in their 2019 tax return?  You might need to talk to them if that is a possibility.

....still, as already noted,  printing and mail-filing by you at the post office may be your only option
