Added myself as a dependent by accident and it can't be found on "my info" section. The machine helper mentioned it can be found in the deduction and credit section. But I'm not able to fix it. Is there anyone who knows how to fix it?

Please explain some more about what you initially did. Are you referring to the checkbox question that says "Another taxpayer can claim me as a dependent on their tax return"? If that's what you are referring to, then we can tell you how to go back so you can choose the correct checkbox.
On tax, there is a form " Alternative Identifying Information for the Dependent Exemption Credit." popped up and my name is on there. I guess I added myself as a dependent, but I can't figure out how to remove myself. And again, I didn't add myself as a dependent on "my info" section. Thank you!

I'm sorry, but I'm a fellow user, not a tax person. I'm not familiar with that form "Alternative Identifying Information for the Dependent Exemption Credit", I'm wondering if that is a California state form by any chance? If this is a state return error, you may have answered something wrong either in the state return interview, or wrong information may have flowed from Federal into the state return.
There will be some tax experts in the forum in about a couple of hours. All I can tell you is how to navigate the program and check a couple of areas below.
You haven't said what your status actually is. Are you a dependent of someone (such as of your parents) and that someone is claiming you on their tax return? Or is no other person able to claim you as a dependent? And for completeness, are you a USA citizen?
Here are some things to check.
After checking that, here's another question to check:
I don't know if any of that will resolve your issue or not, but as I said, I'm no tax expert, just a fellow user familiar with much of the program. However, I'm not familiar with all state returns--there are too many. 😁
