If you have downloaded the state product, but you can’t see it in TurboTax when you go to the State Taxes tab, try accessing the state return when you are in Forms Mode. To do this, please follow these steps: Go into Forms Mode by clicking on the Forms icon in the top right of the blue bar. Just above the Forms in My Return list on the left, click the Open Form icon. Scroll down until you see your state on the list. If you do not see the state, it hasn’t been installed. Check your Downloads folder and double-click the file to install it. If you do see your state, click the Plus Sign (+) to expand the list. Click Information Worksheet (or Info Worksheet). The form will appear on the right side of the screen. Scroll through the form and click the box for the main form. Once the main form has populated with your personal information, return to the interview, by clicking on the Step-By-Step icon in the top right of the blue bar. You should be able to continue your state return.
