Please be aware that if you have already paid you cannot use the Clear & Start Over option.

This was absolutely infuriating this year.  I have used TT for the last few years, but this was almost scam like.  I did not select the services I was charged for, and could not go backward, even after spending hours looking through how to start completely over, but was even unable to do that.  I proceeded out of fear that I was going to be screwing up my taxes or in violation of some law.  I would have left and filed with any other company, but felt I was likely already being charged due to the verbiage used in the error message displayed when being told I could not start over after agreeing, which I did not do.  This is outrageous!  I expect someone to be reaching out to me to refund my fees, as I did not need the services charged on my very basic filing.

I gave you the information to contact TurboTax support above since I do not have any access to your return. It has the phone number (800) 446-8848 listed as well as other contact options.
