Can someone help me with CA rejection Code F540-768?

It says: If the Amended Return checkbox is checked then Form 540 Line 98  (AmtAppliedTo Next YrEstTax) must be equal to zero.  I want all my refund from the original return and the amended applied to next year's Estimated Tax.  It should not be $0.   Help!!
