No one from Answer Xchange can see your tax return or your account. We cannot call you. If you have a specific question or concern about an issue on your 2016 tax return, ask about it here and someone will try to help.

As SweetieJean pointed out, TurboTax is software for a self-prepared tax return. No one reviews it for you before you file it. It is up to you to look it over and be sure you have entered everything accurately and completely.
