Can someone help figure out how i can find out what the heck is going on with my refund and help me find our if i owe

I filed IRS accepted went to check status on the IRS page and it said take action refer to tax topic 151 so I did but don't understand? Help

This message means your return is under review for an unknown reason. The IRS will be sending you a letter about this, generally asking for proof of income or deductions. Don't panic, and wait for the letter to arrive.
