It would probably be easier to figure out what all you have done if you talk by phone to the folks at TurboTax, where they can question you in realtime. Since you got an IRS letter you can talk for free to the folks at the TurboTax free Audit Support Center. While your situation is not actually an audit, that same department will help you with IRS letters.
When
they talk to you in realtime, it will be easier to question you and
figure out what all you did, and help you with finding out more info from the IRS. When you go to the free Audit Support Center page at
the link below, click the blue "Get Help..." button, then follow the prompts,
and it will display the phone number you can call tomorrow.
You can also phone the IRS tomorrow and ask them the status of the info you provided them. They may not have had enough time for them to finish processing what you sent. There should be an IRS phone number on the letter you received for the specific department handling your case.
